What is the state of the offices that need to be painted? Does furniture have to be moved? How much furniture is there? 'Regular Amount' of furniture means desks, chairs, small cabinets and other small items.

Extra labor is needed to move furniture and even more for lots of furniture. [Very heavy objects like metal filling cabinets may be immovable.] (Your office staff can always move the furniture to save you money and we'll protect it with painter's plastic.) [Personal and important objects should always be removed before the job starts.]
