Even though A Beautiful Paint Job is only a small sole proprietor start up I've already worked on lots of jobs where I was the lead painter with great results: Read below to see all the reasons why I believe my small company is good enough to paint your company's office and do a great job at it.
I have solid experience being a lead painter: It's one thing to have painting experience where you go to work every day and work along side your boss and co-employees [which I do have] but its another thing when you have solid experience being left alone on job sites to complete whole apartments and condos by yourself as well as large percentages of houses' exteriors and other jobs. That's what I have! And all for long standing professional contractors with their own reputations to uphold. If they trusted me to help their companies finish big projects then so should you. Below is a list of some of the jobs I've done as a lead painter where I was painting and working on the project alone for the whole or a majority of the time.
50+ Apartment Flips: While working under a general contractor I painted over 50 apartments in senior homes where I did all the work including: prep, wall fixes, primer and final finish for a complete paint job. I also installed cove base at the wall bottoms to finish up the jobs after carpet reinstall.
A Condo Remodel & Re-Paint: During the time I was working on the 50+ apartments I also worked on a condo [pictured in my gallery] where I did about 90% of the work by myself as the lead painter without anyone else onsite.
A New Construction Condo: I received a small sub contracting job to work on a condo created from an old factory floor where I only did a portion of the work with other sub-contractors. I finished about 80% of the work on the floor before painting was stopped to allow the other trades to come in and finish up so as to avoid damaging freshly painted areas.
A Really Nice Exterior Paint Job in NJ: During the fall of 2019 I spent about two months and a half working on staining wooden house siding with non-transparent stain and painting house trim with semi-gloss paint. I did about 80% of the entire house and the majority of the time I was left alone onsite by myself to work on 32 foot + tall ladders.
A Really Nice Exterior Paint Job in NY: During the fall of 2020 I spent about 4 months working on a huge $1.3 million dollar family compound in Greenwood Lake, NY that has a main house, a guest house, and an A-frame BnB house as well as a big boat house and a smaller jet ski dock / boat canopy. There is also a huge open metal structure with a roof and patio that overlooks the lake as well as hundreds of feet of banisters and railings that surround the property. I did a huge majority of the staining and painting on the main house and guest house as well as almost all of the metal banisters and railings on the entire property along with all the metal beams in the boat house, the jet ski dock and large open structure that overlooks the lake. I also power washed about 80% of the property myself as well. I was personally thanked by the owner for putting in such a strong effort.
Even more experience working for people as well as a great understanding how painting works: Besides all the jobs I listed above where I worked alone, I also have lots of great experience working along side some of the older and more reputable companies in North NJ. This experience has not only helped me to understand how to get jobs done from beginning to end no matter the scope or size but has also taught me allot about how to manage the time needed to turn out projects in a fast professional manner while still doing A Beautiful Paint Job.

Basically like this: Get an estimate, Choose a start date, Make a payment/deposit, Monitor the job progress, Make changes during a job [if needed], Make further payments [if needed], Job finishes, Make a final inspection of the entire job and sign off as accepted, Enjoy your new paint job.
1st: Get An Online Estimate: For your piece of mind, during COVID-19, all you have to do is fill out a simple email for your painting needs and I'll get back to you as soon as I can with an initial estimate. Please be as accurate as possible or I'll need to add in extra labor costs at the time of contract signing.

NOTE: If you do not know which paints you want to use when you submit your online estimate request, I can give you an estimate that will only be for labor costs & materials plus another one for just regular commercial paints.
2nd: The Real Paint Costs: Before I can give you a final estimate you will need to decide the type of paint you will be using. Even commercial paints have different pricing for different sheens and primer.
Keep in mind that you may need different paint for the walls, ceilings and trim or others stuff like metal railings or wood stain as well.
3rd: The Final Estimate: Once you decide to move forward from your online estimate I'll come to your office with a contract and do a final inspection to make sure you didn't miss anything and then give you a final estimate or if you already have had an in person estimate done you'll get an estimate shortly after.
4th: Contract Signed & Payment Due: Once you sign the contract I will need payment for your project. Your complete first payment has to be made a few days before your project's start date to allow a check to clear but you need to pay 20% of the first payment of your project to book your date. Due to the fact that I am a small start up company projects smaller than $2,500 need to be paid in full before the project starts. Large projects can be split in half or even larger ones in thirds with all payments being due before the next phase of the job continues. [Thanks for you understanding.]
5th: Materials Are Purchased & The Job Starts: While I am working on your job I'll keep you informed of the progress I am making so you could keep track of what's happening.
6th: Make A Post Job Inspection & Sign Off On The Work: Once the painting finishes you'll need to sign off that all the work was completed as ordered in the work contract. I prefer this happens right when I'm done so there is no need to come back for anything later.
